Self-quiz about Health and Longevity

I attended the Texas Yoga Conference a few weeks ago in Houston as I had been invited to make a presentation with a friend about Aging.  You may be curious to see if you yourself fit the profile of the long-lived.  Although the ability to predict health outcomes in any individual case is limited, it is possible to recognize patterns that can lead to meaningful changes.  So now I present a relevant measure and risk assessment – self-quiz, if you will. I find The Longevity Project a remarkable, interesting read.
